This Privacy Policy explains how Spotlight.lol (https://spotlight.lol) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site, click a listing, or pay for a ranking. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

The controller for personal data processed through the Service is the Spotlight.lol team.

What we collect

We keep the Service small. We collect only what we need to run the board, take payment, stop abuse, and understand traffic.

Visitor identifier. A random ID stored for up to one year, used to attach a checkout to a visit.
Listing content. The pet name, owner name, city, type, photo and description you submit.
Payment data. Handled by our payment provider. We never see full card details.
Usage data. Aggregate page views and referrers, with no cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Listing content stays while the listing exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Analytics is aggregated and not tied to you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
