Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Spotlight.lol (the "Service"), including the public pet leaderboard, pet pages, checkout, and related features. By using the Service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a ranking. Before checkout you must confirm, by checking a box, that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Operator and contact
The Service is operated by the Spotlight.lol team. The Service is provided from https://spotlight.lol.

These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
Listings and payment
- A listing goes live once its payment confirms. Rank is determined solely by the amount bid.
- Payments are final. We do not offer refunds when someone outbids you — that is how the board works.
- We may remove a listing that breaks the Rules, with no refund.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a licence to display that content on the Service and in previews of the Service. You confirm you have the right to post it.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
